Printing Automation. It is a single color pad printing automation for printing on caps dia of 28 mm, 30 mm of an output of 4000/hr with auto loading from hopper, orientation of cap by bowl feeder, online gas flame treatment for pre-treatment of PP/HDPE caps before printing

These caps are made out of aluminum material, used in pressurized bottling like Pepsi, Coke and carbonated drink.
